  • Look at the top-right corner, and you will see ‘OPTIONS’
  • Click on ‘OPTIONS’
  • Click on ‘MORE OPTIONS’ in the list that appear from the drop down menu.
  • Look at the left side of the page that opens, and you will find ‘VACATION RESPONSE’
  • Click on ‘VACATION RESPONSE’
  • Use your mouse to make a check, by clicking on ‘Enable auto-response during your vacation’
  • Select the time you wish to enable auto responds

  • Look at top of the page, and click on ‘Save Changes’
  • Finally, Close that page, by clicking on ‘back to mail’
  • Test to see if it works by sending message from another email

  • Select ‘Vacation responder on’ at the bottom of the page
  • Copy and paste the message, provided below, into the rectangular
  • Look at bottom of the page, and click on ‘Save Changes’
  • Finally, Close that page, by clicking on ‘inbox
  • Test to see if it works by sending message from another email
