INTRODUCTION:

The physical health, that is, the physical condition, fitness or wellbeing of a person, to a large extent, is a vital prerequisite for the performance of almost every physical task on earth. No matter how anointed or spiritually powerful a person is, he or she still needs a healthy physical body to live, effectively, in this physical world. Hence, health related issues are essential and important, whether a person is spiritually or not spiritually inclined. This understanding makes this particular web page a common denominator for ALL; it is a very important web page for all people, no matter an individual's religious affiliation.

THE TWO TYPES OF HEALTH
A very healthy person may trace his or her good physical health to either PREVENTIVE HEALTH: or CURATIVE HEALTH: Certainly, one of these types of health 'asset' may be rated as being better than the other; and, I think, your guess may be as good as mine.

PREVENTIVE HEALTH:
It may be defined as; taking the precautionary measures to maintain good health! This may be achieved through a good life style, and the intake of health - giving foods and drinkables etc

CURATIVE HEALTH:
It may be defined as; restoring one’s health by seeking a cure for a bad health, either medically; by consulting a Doctor, or by divine intervention; and sometimes with the assistance of an anointed man of God!

THE FOCUS OF THIS PAGE
The emphasis, or focus, of this web page is on PREVENTIVE HEALTH, that is, taking precautionary measures to maintain good health! WHY ? The Health of an individual is of great importance to God, and a crucial neccessity for longevity; and also for rendering services not only to one's self, but also to God and mankind.

God’s WORD said in 3 John 1: 2;

“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be HEALTHY, even as your soul prospers”

KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge, be it physical or spiritual is very important. Lack of it can cause a person to pay a heavy price. Hence, in Hosea 4 : 6, God’s word said;

" My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge....".
Hosea 4 : 6.

On this web page, a number of links are provided to give you vital information, empowering you with key knowledge you need; to live a healthy life style. Many ailments and disabilities may be prevented, just by having the right knowledge and taking the right steps, thereby saving precious man-hours; save your resources; save your energy; and also save your precious time to enable you to help others, eg by evangelizing.
For instance, if you were to spend 5 hours per week, 20 weeks per year, consulting a Doctor to cure you of an ailment, or you were to spend the same time pursuing a very powerful and anointed man of God, to pray for you to receive a miracle of healing, you do not get credit in Heaven for promoting God's Kingdom, just for being sick; and being cured by a Doctor or for being healed by a very very powerful man of God.
However, if you were to take preventive steps against that ailment, in the first place, and re-channel the precious time and resources, more profitably, in promoting God's Kingdom; by embarking on evangelism - rescuing someone from the jaws of an imminent Hell Fire, or rendering service to mankind, your account in Heaven is credited; and God calls you a wise person.
Remember, "..., It is more blessed to give than to receive" Acts 20 : 35b.
Stay fit , as much as you can; and as long as you can; to enable you promote God's Kingdom; by sharing Christ with others. Yes, "Prevention", they say "is better than cure". I wish you an excellent health! Stay healthy, both physically and spiritually.
